SAP S/4 HANA Excalibur Project – A Multifaceted Solution involved Planning, Designing, Development, and Implementation of P2P for a client in Healthcare Industry
Client: Alliance Healthcare, UK
We provided our client with both functional and technical expertise throughout the project. This involved understanding their business processes and requirements and translating them into the design, development, and implementation of Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) purchasing using SAP S/4 Hana.
Considering long-term implications and scalability, we prepared the business for seamless future implementations across the network. Our strategic planning involved enabling role design and build, data migration, change impact assessment plan, and rolling out training deliverables. We ensured that end-users can effectively use the new system; hence, we focused on identification and improvement of training material and SOPs to upskill the super user community.
Acting as an interface between the client and system integrator, we spearheaded P2P workstream lead and helped them navigate through the process smoothly. We provided the workstream lead with a project lookahead helping them identifying potential challenges or changes that might arise during the project, allowing for better preparation and mitigation. We meticulously managed the review and audit of Business Process Documents (BPDs) and Functional Specifications (FS) to ensure that proposed solutions align with SAP best practices and meet the business requirements.
We also prepared and supported execution of end-to-end scenarios from Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) to Invoice Processing in Esker and Interface back to SAP for both SIT and UAT using comprehensive testing and validation efforts.
SAP S/4HANA 1909 Project – Implementation of a Standardized S4 Hana Environment for a Global IT Service Provider across multiple countries
Client: NTT Data, UK
We successfully consolidated the client's ERP landscape by implementing a standardized SAP S/4 HANA environment across multiple countries. This consolidation aimed to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency in business operations.
The project partnership involved collaborating closely with the Delivery Partner. Working as a crucial interface between the client and the Delivery Partner our efforts involved overseeing the entire Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process from procurement to vendor management, and payment processes. We ensured that the solution proposed by the Delivery Partner aligns with the business requirements and adheres to SAP best practices.
We effectively identified areas of improvement in the baseline template representing the standard SAP configuration to be used across the four countries. We enhanced the template to accommodate the specific needs of each country while still maintaining common processes where possible.
Our collaboration also involved working closely with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture local and fiscal gaps that helped us tailoring the SAP solution to meet country-specific regulatory and operational requirements.
We continuously supported Business Change Management efforts to prepare organization for the future SAP implementation through clear communication, training, and change impact assessment.
SAP S/4 HANA Greenfield Project – Planning, Designing and Implementation of P2P Functional Solution for a client in the Food and Hospitality Industry.
Client: Compass Group, UK
In this project, we provided our client expert advice and strategic planning to implement the solution using latest technology of SAP S/4 HANA to meet and exceed their business needs.
We provided expert P2P functional solutions during the initial template design and throughout the project review and simplification phase. As a coordination point between business process, IT and system integrator, our support has helped clients achieve seamless integration and optimal performance.

Diverse Projects including Manufacturing Template Enhancement Interfaced with Workday and SAP HR and Roll out of Manufacturing Template Solution to Multiple Sites for a Pharmaceutical Company.
Client: GSK, UK
For this project, we helped our client define the ideal outcome by designing and implementing Global Financial Approval Solution, and through strategic planning we were able to achieve a great end result. We successfully enhanced template (SAP ECC 6.0) with the design and implementation of a Global financial approval solution using Workday and SAP HR
We spearheaded and delivered the template rollout to Parma and Verona sites in Italy. This involved training the local project team and key users in the template business processes, gap analysis, supporting local teams through data migration, as well as testing and implementation phases to ensure adherence to best business practices and to the template.
Further projects and support involved leading a scalable template rollout to smaller manufacturing sites in Memphis, Oakhill and Jakarta, which was effectively managed and delivered as per industry’s regulatory standards. We also managed local TCS functional consultants and local site SMEs providing them with GSK’s business and template expertise necessary to ensure a successful implementation, providing constant guidance through each stage of the project.
“mybuy” Purchase to Pay Project - Built and Deployed a Cloud Based Ariba Solution in multiple countries for an FMCG Client
Client: RB Slough, London
With this project, we helped our client set up a cloud-based solution with long term benefits. We provided them expert advice and strategic planning throughout the project to help them with implementation, go-live training delivery and post go-live support. We led the finalisation of global design interfacing Ariba with JDE and Base for Invoice processing. We started the project by carrying out initiation phase in UK, Italy and Mexico providing expert support to the local deployment team and stakeholders during the subsequent fit/gap phase.
We led the change management through change requests and/or mapping to new processes wherever required due to gaps, legal or otherwise. Provided support to the IS team to define and test best fit technical solution while consistently supporting sites in other countries for UAT and error resolution. We systematically reviewed and approved script updates in HP Quality Centre. Finally, the project was successfully delivered by preparing go-live including training material delivery and creation of a detailed cutover plan.
Requisition to Pay Process - Built and Deployed an SAP Solution for the client's business units in several countries across Europe and Africa.
Client: Tullow Oil, London
For this project, we helped the client improve their contract and procurement system and deployed it in several countries including London, Oslo, Dublin, Cape Town, Ghana, Uganda and Kenya. The successful deployment of the project resulted in supporting business strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and to improve time and cost efficiency. We started the project with in-depth analysis of the initial design resulting in several improvements to the solution in the contracts and procurement area. We successfully designed a solution for the requisition to pay off company’s contractors interacting with the business stakeholders in HR & Finance departments to gather requirements.

We prepared a comprehensive suite of end-to-end test scripts to be loaded and executed in HP QC. It also included Quality control, completion and delivery of a business orientated set of training materials for the Supply Chain Business including Contracts & Procurement Overview, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders and Framework Agreements. Our intensive onsite support at go-live in London, Dublin and Oslo during cutover and thereafter for the hypercare period which also covered support to the users in the material and logistics area using SAP Inventory Management ensured timely and successful delivery of the project.
Managed and Delivered Diverse Projects in Chemical industry including “Base Unit of Measure Conversion” Project and “Contractor Interface” Project (SAP SRM).
Client: LyondellBasell, Rotterdam
The solution we provided here is a great example of how we keep our clients’ best interests in mind. It involved delivering multiple projects based on client’s changing business needs. In the first project we developed a conversion tool to perform direct database update of base unit of measure to material masters and related documents for specific areas of the chemical business required for EU regulations. We started by conducting a thorough analysis helping business process owners identify test scripts that provided full coverage of affected business scenarios including interfaces with external applications. We managed Integration testing phase, cutover plan preparation and provided regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.

In the next project we acted as Solution Lead and Project Manager to deliver the “Contractor Interface” project (SAP SRM). We carried out an initial enhancement cycle and built a long-term plan to rollout to seven sites in Europe. The solution covered the P2P process from generation of purchase requisitions for services from PM work order, conversion of requisitions into POs, service entry by maintenance suppliers via supplier portal, service entry approval in MM using workflow resulting in the automatic generation of a receipt to be used to drive self-billing (ERS).
Planned and Executed EHP 5 Upgrade of P2P Domain using SAP AGILE Methodology
Client: Staples Europe BV, Amsterdam
Worked with the Staples SAP Competency Centre with responsibility for the P2P Domain to plan and execute an EHP 5 upgrade using SAP AGILE methodology.
We selected and executed test scripts ensuring coverage of all end-to-end business scenarios creating additional scripts where necessary while providing rigorous support during business regression testing, preparation of cutover plans and post-go live support.
